For the occasion, we customized La DoubleJ’s first original print, a charming multicolored motif of flowers, berries and rabbits called Babe, and put it on chocolate boxes and wrappings for panettone, the 83-year-old pasticceria’s must-try specialty. And of course, we decked the café’s Christmas trees with oversize, fluoro-bright ornaments made by Mexican artisans, along with ribbon-tied bows and flowers. It is highly Instagrammable and already the site of many, many selfies.
